If you are not a member, admission prices for a birthday party would be the regular non-member rates. Depending on how many children you were bringing it might cost less to get a membership, even if you only use it the one time.

- Special "Themed" Party. Choose from Cars, Hawaiian Luau, Pirates, Princess, Spiderman, Sports, Toy Story, Winnie the Pooh, etc... (ask for details). Hats, Tablecloth, Plates, Napkins etc all themed. (note: Some themes may not be available at time of booking).
- Reserved seating in the cinema, Coat check, snacks delivered to seats, birthday coordinator will help out in this special VIP package!

Important Notes
- NO OTHER FOOD OR DRINK (except the cake) CAN BE BROUGHT IN FROM OUTSIDE. The cinema Snack Bar provides all food and drinks at a
very reasonable cost (Example: our Kiddie combos are very popular for
birthdays at $5.00 each. Combos include popcorn, a drink and small candy).
- The party room space is available one hour before show time. Most families spend about 45 minutes or so at the cafe (before the show) for birthday cake.
- The party must be booked well in advance as party spaces are limited. Any changes to the party (tickets, guests, snacks etc.,) must be made at least one day in advance. No changes permitted on the day of the show.
- Movie tickets plus snacks must be purchased at the time of booking.
- The Birthday coordinator does NOT provide or run activities or crafts with the children. Any such activities are the responsibility of the Birthday child's parents/guardians.
- Birthday parties cannot be booked using the online purchasing system. Please contact the cinema by email, phone or in person.

Example Party Schedule
Time: 1:00pm
Guests arrive for party. Birthday child's parents/guardians must be present prior to guests being escorted to party room.
Time: 1:05pm
Introductions, activities (if any), presents opened, cutting of the cake etc., Drink orders, snack bar tickets and admission tickets will be collected by Birthday coordinator or assistant. Ticket stubs for draw for door prizes will be returned to Birthday child's parents/guardians.
Time: 1:45pm
Guests will be escorted to the bathrooms and then to their seats in the theatre by the Birthday coordinator or assistant.
Time: 2:00pm
Programme starts in theatre.
Time: 2:20pm
Intermission and birthday child is called up on stage.
Time: 2:25pm
Feature movie starts.
Time: after the feature presentation
Package 1: no further activities.
Package 2&3: The Birthday coordinator or assistants will meet the party in the theatre. They will proceed out of the auditorium, down the hall and back to the party room for loot bags and end of party. PLEASE NOTE PERSONS WHO DID NOT ATTEND THE MOVIE ARE REQUIRED TO PICK UP THEIR CHILDREN IN THE FRONT LOBBY AND MAY NOT GO TO THE PARTY ROOM. All party goers are ask to leave through the Lobby and out the front doors.
The show is normally finished between 4:10pm and 4:30pm. For the exact time, check the specific show web page or ask one of the staff. Add 10 additional minutes for package 2&3.
